Description

The objective of this procurement is to secure a partnership with a key strategic partner to provide best-in-class Paramedic Services at Manchester Airport.

Paramedic Services are essential for the day-to-day operation of the airport, maintaining passenger and staff safety and regulatory compliance. The Supplier will need to ensure they meet the response times set out in the Service Level Agreement, shared at the ITN stage, therefore, having robust contracts in place with suppliers who have experience in providing these important services is vital.

This Procurement supports two of MAG's values: "People at our Core" and "Safe Hands", both of which are relevant to this particular service based on the safety and wellbeing of staff and passengers.

The Supplier will deliver an on-site First Aid and Emergency Responder Service 24-hours per day, 7 days a week, including all bank holidays and weekends across the Manchester Airport estate.
