Description
Salisbury City Council (the Authority) are seeking a suitable supplier for the provision a maintenance and repair service to cover the above list as well as undertake various smaller Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM) works / services on their estate, including listed building, work offices and public spaces, as listed below:

Payment terms
Any disputes can be raised by contacting the SCC officer raising the PO in the first instance. If that does not resolve the dispute, the dispute will be escalated up the management chain.
