As a minimum, this contract with be the provision of an IT Services Partner to cover the following areas:

- Cyber Security

- Wireless and Networking

- Telephony

This tender has been published on Sell2Wales in accordance with Family Housing Contract Standing Orders (CSO’s). The value of the contract for three years will be under the OJEU procurement rules for Supplies & Services totalling GBP 150k Every contract entered into by Family Housing must comply with:

- Relevant European procurement rules (i.e. the EC Treaty, the general principles of EC law and the EC public procurement directives implemented by UK Regulations).

- The law of England and Wales as applicable to Wales

- Family Housing’s CSOs and Financial Regulations.

- Family Housing’s strategic objectives, procurement strategy and policies.
