Langstane, Castlehill, Grampian and Angus Housing Associations are collaboratively seeking to procure the services of construction professional consultancy services to assist with, in the main, improvement, maintenance and refurbishment programmes. There will be some element of development work. There is a focus on decarbonisation in line with the Scottish Government's "Housing to 2040" aspirations.

The Associations are collaboratively seeking to establish a framework of around 3-5 consultants on each lot to assist with their plans over the next 4 years. The works are likely to relate to energy efficiency / decarbonisation of properties including full retrofits of heating systems & insulation which may also involve some reconfiguration of property layout, preparation of tender documents and planning applications. There will likely be a requirement for full architectural services for new build development in the Dundee and Angus areas, occasional work in relation to window replacement contracts, minor general works relating planned and cyclical maintenance, schedules of work and planning documentation.

The SPD states last 3 years, but the Housing Associations are happy to extend this to 5 years

A mix of new build and improvement works/refurbishment/ reconfiguration works would be preferred.

The Associations are interested in experience in energy efficiency type work.
