Staffordshire County Council is seeking an experienced Development Partner to work in collaboration with the council to design, gain relevant consents for and deliver the Eastgate Quarter regeneration programme in Stafford. The opportunity is expected to include the conversion of existing buildings and construction of new buildings to realise a successful development.

N.B

There may be an opportunity to introduce another site (of circa 0.62 acres) to the Developer Partner either under the proposed Development Agreement for the two Zones identified or by way of separate transaction.
