Description
Solihull MBC seeks to procure a Youth Hub to provide a multi‑agency response for 16-24 year olds who are homeless or at risk and to provide a Youth Pathway to deliver housing related support from floating support to emergency and high needs accommodation. This is being procured in two lots: Lot 1 Solihull Youth Hub and Lot 2 Solihull Youth Pathway.

Description
The aim of the Solihull Youth Hub (SYH) service is to provide a multi-agency response to young people aged 16-24 who may be homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Lot 2. Solihull Youth Pathway
Description
The aim of the Youth Pathway is to provide a range housing related support services for homeless young people. Provision will range from low level floating support to semi-supported accommodation, through to supported accommodation for those with high and complex needs and homeless young people requiring emergency accommodation.

Description of risks to contract performance
Known Risk: Providers may be unable to find or secure suitable buildings/venues to perform the contract (Lot 1 and Lot 2).
If this occurs, it is the provider's sole responsibility to secure alternative premises to avoid service disruption.
The Council may make contract changes to ensure continuity of service, but any changes will comply with Schedule 8 of the Procurement Act 2023.
