two.1.4) Short description

This opportunity has been listed on behalf of LHC and our London and South East (LSE) regional business unit

LHC Procurement Group is currently planning a re-procurement of our Architecture Design Services framework and is seeking expressions of interest from suitable organisations to enable LHC to enter into discussions and gather feedback from the market about our plans from the upcoming procurement as part of our early market engagement activities. This framework will only cover our London region and projects outside of London will not be eligible via this framework.

The scope of the re-procurement will be to replace our Architecture Design Services framework (ADS1) and will be for the provision of Architectural Design Services for the public sector. The framework is anticipated to include:

Masterplanning

Education & Public Buildings

Residential Accommodation

Retrofit Design Services

MMC Architecture

Public Realm and Landscape

The framework will cover architectural design services, ranging from small sites to complex multi-site projects, to the public sector and tenderers will be required to provide all architectural services required to deliver a full project from design through to handover. The framework will provide a diverse range of architects including micro-SME practices.

LHC intend to carry out further engagement webinars with interested parties in due course to discuss our initial proposals, timescales for the tender and gain feedback before finalising the framework and issuing the tender.
