two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Independent Advice and Guidance (IAG) service will be delivered as a face-to-face service in multiple locations across the borough as well as through a range of channels. The service will be accessible to all sector of the community and will cover a range of topics from benefits advice, debt management, employment rights and many others. This will be a professional service which is accessible to all and delivered free of charge.

The contract will be for a period of two years with the option of two single-year extensions (2+1+1).

The maximum contract value will be £304,525 per annum and £1,218,100 over the Contract Period.
