The University of Warwick is seeking a Service Provider who can provide a micro-learning platform delivering up to four courses per academic year to staff and students with a focus on key Equality, Diversity and Inclusion topics (EDI thereafter), such as, harassment and sexual misconduct, Freedom of Speech, intersectionality, race, neurodiversity, socio-economic/class etc, via QR code, email or another innovative approach to engage all staff and students. The contract is intended to commence June 2025 and run initially for 3 year, with the potential to extend for a further 2 years (3+1+1), subject to performance. The University of Warwick is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and its procurement activities are not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the obligations under the European Public Procurement Directives, including the European Remedies Directive. The University of Warwick is seeking a Service Provider who can provide a micro-learning platform delivering up to four courses per academic year to students with via QR code, email or another innovative approach to engage selected students. The contract is intended to commence June 2025 and run initially for 3 year, with the potential to extend for a further 2 years (3+1+1), subject to performance. For the courses, the core content should be developed by the Service Providers experts but also needs the flexibility so that it can be tailored and adapted by specified Teams to customise the look and feel of the content, to make it is specific to the requirements of the University of Warwick. The student content would be in relation to harassment and sexual misconduct, engaging c.10,000 students. This service must meet the requirements of the new condition of regulation that the Office for Students is introducing from August 2025.

The topics must meet requirements set out by the Public Sector Equality Duty, and Equality Legislation, such as the Equality Act 2010 and align with the aims of the Social Inclusion Strategy in removing economic, social and cultural barriers that prevent people from succeeding and supporting colleagues to thrive in a diverse, inclusive environment.
