The purpose of this project is to develop a new accommodation with 22 units in Garth Olwg, Church Village. This will have supported accommodation and day centre provision on site. Further details are contained within the Outline Brief on eTenderWales.
The Council is looking to develop a strong partnership with an organisation that can take the lead in helping us to shape (and develop) the facility and the services within it.
The nature of the partnership will be defined through any procurement process, but to help the Council to understand what could be delivered the Council wishes to attract expressions of interest from Registered Social Landlords (or similar organisations) that could help to shape and deliver projects that achieve very clear outcomes.
