The Contract will be awarded for a time period until 31 March 2027 (3 years, 8 months). Contract continuation is subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the collaborative. The collaborative is procuring this contract following the Open Procedure under the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 and Mid Sussex District Council’s Procurement Code. The collaborative will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification. The collaborative has a maximum budget of £83,333.33 for the period between 1st August 2023 and 31st March 2024 and £125,000 for each following year until contract end (2024/25, 2025/26, 2026/27) which must not be exceeded unless additional funding can be sourced.
