Linc-Cymru Housing Association Limited ('Linc') is seeking a suitable certified and experienced timber frame supplier to nominate within a design and build contract opportunity due for release in June 2024. The design and build contract opportunity is a development site based in Caerphilly, South Wales and consists of 30 units in total. The development delivers a mix of new build houses and flats (19 no.), the complete renovation of a structure of local historic importance into residential dwellings (10 no.) and a new build children’s home.
The successful organisation in this procurement will be formally nominated within the JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 for the development scheme. The organisation appointed as principal contractor for the development scheme contract will be required to use the timber frame supplier selected in this procurement process.
