All printers will be required to have MFD capabilities (print, copy, scan) and can include ink or laser technology.
All printers will be required to print on A3 (unless specifically stated to be A4 only) and also have the capability of printing on a range of other size and type paper including A6 to A3 and envelopes.
Each printer must have the capability of duplex printing.

The primary objective of this contract is to replace the ageing machines with newer, more energy efficient machines.
The Customer has a range of machines that it is currently using, and due to the large volume of printing that is required by The Customer (details of average print usage can be found in the table further down in the document), the Customer requires a range of printers, to include the below:
•100ppm A3 Mono Printer
•100ppm A3 Colour Printer
•80-100ppm A3 Colour Printer
•60-80ppm A3 Colour Printer
•Booklet Finisher
•Leaflet Maker
•Saddle Stitch
•Stapler
•Hole Punch
•Print Management Software (i.e. PaperCut/Uniflow)
•Follow-Me Printing
•Card Readers
