Advantage South West is seeking to select, by a competitive tendering process, companies who will be awarded a 4-year Framework (1/10/21 – 30/9/25) from which ASW's Members (social housing landlords in the south of England, predominantly the south west) will award Contracts for the provision of fire door-set inspection and maintenance services and associated supplies, services and works to Members. Any further organisations that join ASW will also be able to access the framework. This contract notice is therefore placed on behalf of those future members too.
