Description
Supply of below goods to CHP:
Lot 1 - Electrical Materials
Lot 2 - Power Tools
Lot 3 - Hand Tools/Consumables
The primary objective of the Contract is to supply CHP with the required goods under each Lot, enabling us to effectively maintain our housing stock of approximately 11,700 properties across Essex and surrounding areas.
Our key aims have been identified as:
• Effective and efficient service for both delivery and collection
• Right first time in completing orders
• Maintenance of sufficient stock levels to supply our requirements
• Proactive contract and account management
• Electronic integration with CHP's ordering and invoicing system
Total value (estimated)
- £3,000,000 including VAT

Contract dates (estimated)
- 14 July 2025 to 13 July 2028
- Possible extension to 13 July 2030
- 5 years
Description of possible extension:
Option to extend for up to a further twenty-four months at CHP's discretion and based upon the performance of the Supplier.
Options
The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.
CHP reserves the right to vary the specification of individual items from time to time in agreement with the Supplier

Our requirements have been split into three Lots and it is our intention to award one supplier to each Lot.
Suppliers are permitted to bid for multiple lots, and any single Supplier may be awarded to multiple lots, subject to evaluation.
