Engagement process description
Bangor University would like to invite suppliers interested in its forthcoming tender for Reactive maintenance services to attend a supplier engagement event on 30th April 2025 at Reichel Hall, Bangor, Gwynedd. It is envisaged that the event will help inform the University's requirements and approach to the procurement as well as identifying suppliers that may be able to provide the services required.
Suppliers will have an opportunity to find out more about the services the University will tender for, how they can do business with the University particularly under the new procurement regulations and will also have an opportunity to engage in one to one discussions with Estates and Procurement stakeholders.
The agenda for the event is yet to be finalised, however interested suppliers will be sent further details as these become available. Suppliers who cannot attend in person should also register their interest so they can be contacted outside of the event but within the engagement timeframes given.
Any supplier interested in attending in person or remotely please email Jane Hulmston - Procurement Category Manager Estates and Campus Services at j.hulmston@bangor.ac.uk
