Stage one Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) includes the following questions which will be scored using scoring methodology table A. The following score questions are:
• Technical Experience
• Safeguarding Responsibility
• Safe Recruitment
• Mobilisation Experience
Only the top 5 scoring PSQ bids will be brought forward to the second stage and invited to submit an Invitation to Tender (ITT) response. In the event of a tie for the 5th place all bids with that score will be invited to the ITT
At the second stage, bidders who are successful at the PSQ stage will be invited to complete the scored ITT questions which includes Social Value. Bidders will also be asked to complete a pricing matrix
