There is a requirement to replace the existing e-procurement and contract management systems to align them into 1 holistic system to support a whole life procurement and contract management approach via our new contract management framework. We are looking for a system which will offer continuous improvement to processes and access to data which will contribute to drive efficiencies. The system should have a forward looking roadmap to ensure it is future proofed.

There is a requirement to replace the existing e-procurement and contract management systems to align them into 1 holistic system to support a whole life procurement and contract management approach via our new contract management framework. The initial contract period will be for 5 years with an option for two x 2 year extensions and a final 1 year extension.
