AGEM CSU is seeking market engagement in relation to a project to explore technology provider/s for planning software and associated training and advisory support that will enable AGEM CSU to provide a fully serviced Integrated Planning Solution and establish a Centre of Integrated Planning for NHS systems and partners. The scope of this service offer will be available to All NHS parties in England.
AGEM CSU wishes to discuss with interested suppliers in the market, possible solutions, and contracting methodologies that may feed into the final requirement for procurement.
The intended service offer is for a fully dynamic connected planning service which AGEM will manage data integration, quality control, software tool administration, together with a value improvement service that has expertise in population, patient and corporate service process, efficiency improvement. Customers will receive a comprehensive and flexible service with fully engaged professional leads driving the development of evidence-based planning models.
The requirement therefore is for a technology solution and associated training and advisory support that enables the success of this service offer.
AGEM's service will have planning models that bring together transparency of drivers for patient and population management processes and the required improvement targets with the key resource management components (Finance, workforce, performance, initiatives, capacity, suppliers) into one controlled collaborative decision making and governance environment.
The offer will support more efficient and effective planning, monitoring across operational, annual, and strategic planning concurrently.
The proposed solution is expected to facilitate and support systems and providers to enable efficient, effective and robust delivery, and operational and strategic decision making. Encapsuling top down strategic and operational levels to support healthcare delivery, whilst incorporating national directives and localised system and provider initiatives. The ambition is to support planning and:
• Enable better decision making for population and patient flow management for improvement targets
• Enable monitoring and management of potential costs so support financial control across workforce, assets, capacity, supplies

B) connect assumption and driver-based planning modules between integrated healthcare processes and the corporate resource management of workforce, assets, supplies and capacity
C) consider how to address the tracking of delivery in year together with cost implications and staffing requirements and that this would be available at all levels from board to operational managers to assist with delivery
AGEM are seeking discussions with interested parties by way of a MS Teams engagement event on 12th May 2023, where more information will be given in relation to the project and timeline. To express interest in the market engagement event please join the project within the Atamis e-procurement system and complete the pro-forma attendance document no later than midday on 10 May 2023.
