two.1.4) Short description

This contract is for the provision of DWTS and ISO: 17025:2017 accredited quality analyses of non-operationally significant (contracted analysis), the reporting of potable and raw water, waste water and trade effluent results, this contract will also include the supply of prepared sample bottles and their delivery to and collection from the 2 No Laboratories listed in Annexe 1. NI Water are required under the Clean and Waste Water Regulations to provide timely and accredited results to our Regulators, for compliance and operational purposes alongside during major incidents. In addition to planned analysis to be carried out at regular intervals during the life of the contract there will be an ad hoc analysis requirement. The Services will be delivered to the Client and the Client’s wholly owned subsidiaries. The Client reserves the right to amend the Specification or re-negotiate price during the Contract Period to cater for innovation or developments in the Service requirement [e.g. new analytical requirements with collection and delivery of samples as and when required]
