It is the intention of Citizen to procure a single Main Contractor to operate on a Framework as a sole supplier to deliver a number of construction projects at the Wyken Estate in Coventry.These projects will include, but not be limited to:- Refurbishment of William Malcolm House, a 112 flat tower block.- Demolition of Vincent Wyles House, a 144 flat tower block- Construction of c94 new build units. Projects listed above will be delivered under separate forms of JCT Contract. The refurbishment works will be delivered under a Standard JCT Contract while the demolition and new build works will be delivered under a design and build contract.Works will be delivered between 2021 and 2025.This is an open procurement procedure conducted in accordance with the UK Find a Tender Service regulations.
