SOAS University of London is intending to replace its existing website and in order to do so wishes to appoint an organisation(s) to:a) Provide web design services to simplify the customer journey, make the user experience the heart of the new design and maximise student recruitment opportunities orb) Provide, implement, host and support a Content Management System (CMS) and provide the build of core templatesor c) Provide both a) and b)We will therefore inviting bids from companies interested in providing either or both solutions.The proposed contract will be for an initial period of five years, with the option to extend by a further two years, subject to satisfactory performance and at the discretion of the University.The budget for the entire (five year) project is circa £500k.We aim to have a phased implementation, launching key elements of the new website in spring 2022 with remaining templates following in summer 2022.
