two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, acting as Lead Authority, intends to run a collaborative procurement project on behalf of 4 NHS Trusts in North West London (1. Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, 2. Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, 3. London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust & 4. The Hillingdon Hospital NHS Foundation Trust) for the provision of a Chemotherapy ePrescribing solution over a period of up to 10 years. Aside from utilising a PIN to notify the market of the collaborative Trust’s intentions, we also wish to conduct formal preliminary market consultation in accordance with Regulations 40 and 41 of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2015. Potential bidders are invited to complete and return Appendix 1 – Soft Market Testing Questionnaire of ‘Preliminary Market Consultation (Pre-Procurement Engagement) Document’ which requests feedback on specific elements of the intended procurement process and draft specification. Completion of the questionnaire will in no way obligate your organisation to tender and confidentiality will be kept for the purpose of preparing the tender exercise. Conversely, failing to participate in this process will in no way preclude your organisation from participating in a future related tender.
