The University of Derby (UoD) is currently developing its procurement requirements for providers to join an Agency Recruitment Services Framework.
Potential providers are invited to attend a market engagement event to shape and inform a new service model and service specification. The service will support our interim and permanent staffing needs. Our intention is to create a framework that delivers executive and leadership roles to specialist /technical needs within the organisation, by having more direct access between agencies and our internal teams through different Lots that are aligned to skill sets and job categories.
The aim of the market engagement event is to: give an overview of the Lots and services to be provided; explore market experience and appetite; explain the procurement process and anticipated timeline; allows questions and feedback from the market. We are gathering information to enable us to identify potential providers that they can meet the UoD's visions and support our recruitment objectives.
The market engagement event will be held virtually using Teams on 24 April 2024. Information about time and joining the session will be made available to registered suppliers. To participate in this market engagement exercise please register your interest by completing the MS form online at https://forms.office.com/e/eQxnDqPM82 by 5pm on 19 April 2024.
