The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is creating a 4-year multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of services for Application Development, Application Maintenance and Modern Application Development including transformation services to improve operational processes, procedures and delivery methodologies.

The Framework Agreement will be with multiple partners who have demonstrable capability and expertise, that will support continued delivery of the technology change portfolio, maintain or improve the stability and performance of services, while helping the FCA in its ongoing DevOps, agile and transformation journey.

Suppliers successfully appointed to the Framework Agreement will be engaged to provide specific services through use of call-off contracts. All Suppliers who are successfully appointed to the framework will be invited to participate in an Innovation Forum which may result in suppliers being awarded work to develop their innovation ideas.
