Engagement process description
Newcastle City Council requires Lone Worker Monitoring and Alarm solutions as part of our commitment to staff protection and health and safety requirements across multiple service areas within the council.
We will be conducting market testing during the first two weeks in April 2025. We will be arranging for presentations from up to 6 suppliers. This is so we can explore the latest products and solutions available.
The presentations will be via Microsoft Teams, and they will 60 minutes long including questions.
