Lot 2 Young Carers

A provider of services to ensure that young carers are not disadvantaged by their caring role and responsibilities and have the best possible chance of achieving.

The service will ensure that children and young people are protected from inappropriate caring and have the support they need to learn, develop and thrive, to enjoy positive childhoods and to achieve to their potential. This will include opportunities for carers to access a carer break.
