The agreed intention is that Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (International) PA will now be appointed to further develop certain aspects of their masterplan, in order to focus on furthering the concept and planning matters. Due to this being a deeper look into the existing masterplan which they have produced, we deem that they are the only supplier who are able to provide these services.
