The Contracting Authority London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) wishes to secure a new operator or operators to undertake a 7 year operation and maintenance lease (with an option to extend for up to 3 years) for the ArcelorMittal Orbit and Podium Café located in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, East London.
The venue leases are separate and suppliers are able to submit an individual tender for either the ArcelorMittal Orbit or the Podium Café or a combined tender for both the two venues.
