1.1 A Buildings Property Valuation and Insurance Re-instatement Valuation for approximately one hundred (100) of the University’s building, the majority of which are in Edinburgh with a small number located at our Scottish Borders campus in Galashiels. This should be undertaken with reference to the current RICS guidance “Valuation – Global Standards”, commonly referred to as the “RICS Red Book Global” and related “Reinstatement Cost Assessment of Buildings” guidance
