We are currently looking to appoint a contractor(s) to conduct planned preventative maintenance on all the Trust Air Conditioning, Heat Pump, Ventilation & Refrigeration units located at various sites across Dorset. There will be 5 Lots.

- Split Systems/ Heat Pumps/DX Split Systems

- Cold Rooms and Walk in Freezers

- Medical Fridges and Freezers

- Reverse Heat Pump Units (Clivet)

- Free Standing Fridges

The successful contractor(s) will be expected to conduct a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance service including reactive works on an ad-hoc basis for all the Trusts assets in conjunction with the lots specified above. The contractor(s) will also be required to provide the necessary infrastructure to be able support the Trust with the planned routine visits and the reactive call outs in accordance with the specification.
