Remove door and widen opening between G26 & G25 Complete redecoration of walls, floors, doors. Walls to be ply lined and counters fitted for teaching spaces. Renewal of sinks, taps and drainage connections as noted within M&E package. Removal of existing second fix M&E fixtures and fittings to allow works to take place and refit. Majority of Air Handling and Heating is to remain, protected or repositioned and refitted after works. All as noted in M&E Scope of Works
