Scope
Description
Westminster City Council (WCC) is seeking to engage with the market on the provision of Extra Care, Residential and Nursing care. The Council particularly welcome views from organisations that are currently providing care and support in these settings. This short survey aims to gather insights, identify any market challenges, and determine the considerations necessary to inform the future procurement exercise and service model(s) for:
Residential and Nursing care provision at Beachcroft House (WCC) (84 registered beds)
Extra Care Housing provision at Carlton Dene (WCC) (65 flats)
This survey will also help shape our requirements, vision, and approach for potential bidders ahead of more formal market engagement events in the near future. During our formal market engagement we will aim to cover more technical procurement issues such as our evaluation criteria, and the process for applying.
Please do take the time to tell us what you think. Your views are important to us, and important to our next steps.
The information provided is confidential and will not prejudice any provider from participating in future procurement. The Commercial and Procurement team will use this information for strategy development purposes only.
