A new contract is to be awarded to Home-Start Kirklees for the provision of a public health service for the provision of family support services. The service provides three strands of intervention:

• Direct support to families with young children

• Volunteering Development and Support

• Partnership Working

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C.

The contract was formally awarded on 28th March 2024.

The contract will commence on 1st April 2024 until 31st March 2025, with an option to extend for a further 12 month period.

The lifetime value of the contract is £572,600 (£286,300 per annum).
