This contract is for New Development at 9-11 Newgate Street, Bishop Auckland. Durham County Council (DCC) are looking to appoint a single contractor for the redevelopment of 9-11 Newgate Street Based in Bishop Auckland. The property will be let on Full Repairing and Insuring Terms for a term of 15 years.

Durham County Council (DCC) are proposing a joint venture with the private and public sector to work together to bring the required buildings and site back in to use thus creating jobs, generating business and enhancing the surrounding area. The properties are to be let on Full Repairing and Insuring Terms for a term of 15 years.
