Bristol City Council is launching a competitive Tender Process to appoint a Development Partner to deliver an affordable housing led scheme that is designed to be 'care ready' and age restricted at the Blake Site.

The Council's Housing Delivery Team secured Outline Planning Consent for this site in September 2021, planning reference 21/01549/P for the redevelopment of the site to provide up to 60 dwellings (Use Class C3) and up to 250 sqm of flexible commercial floor space (Use Classes E, F1 and F2), with highway access determined. Provision of 30% Affordable Housing secured through the current outline planning consent.
