The Council is seeking to dispose of the site to a Registered Provider for the purpose of delivering a new-build extra-care development of circa 50 units which will be occupied under an affordable tenure.

The Council's aspiration is for a high-quality age friendly scheme that will become an asset for Todmorden and the surrounding areas through providing facilities for the whole community to use.

The Council are intending to advertise the tender on the Homes England Delivery Partner Dynamic Purchasing System. The DPS is conducted using the ProContract e-tendering system. Bidders need to join the Homes England DPS in order to participate in the tender.
