Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of specialist services to carry out Housing inspections and providing specialist technical knowledge & technical support services

The initial Framework Agreement period is two years; the Framework Agreement is estimated to commence 01st July 2023 and expire 30th June 2025.

There will be an option to extend the Framework Agreement for two years in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. Maximum Framework Agreement period is four years

There is a maximum budget of £290,000 for the framework term
