This will include all current and planned power, lighting, heating, water supply and security installations, etc. These need to have a minimal impact on the historic fabric and to any buried archaeological remains. Cadw has a commitment to sustainability, therefore a key role of the supplier will be to identify ways of improving Cadw’s energy efficiency and reducing its carbon footprint, minimising the use of water and developing micro-generation schemes wherever possible.
