Great Yarmouth Preservation Trust (GY-PT) is seeking proposals from suitably experienced Contractors interested in working on roof works to the Grade II listed inter-war public house, The Iron Duke. It is a rare example of an Art Deco public house and is a fine example of an inter-war pub. It is a highly significant survivor architecturally, but also a compelling site of social heritage.
