** THIS NOTICE IS FOR MARKET ENGAGEMENT PURPOSES ONLY **

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU on behalf of the Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board is inviting interested providers to a virtual market engagement event for the procurement of a Children and Young People's Key Worker Service.

The key worker service is open to support children and young people 0-25 years living with Autism and/or a Learning Disability who are registered with a Birmingham or Solihull GP practice
and are at risk of admission and are on a Dynamic Support Register, rated at level Amber or Red,
or are a current inpatient. The scope of the service which will be tendered is outlined in the draft service specification.

The Market Engagement Event will be held virtually on Friday 5th May 2023 at 9.30am.

Please note that the published contract value has not yet been fully finalised and as such the ICB has published the upper expected contract value. The ICB anticipate that the contract value will be in the range of £400-£450,000 per annum. However, figures published in this PIN should be treated as a guide only and neither the ICB nor Arden & Gem CSU shall be bound by these figures at this time. The finalised anticipated contract value shall be published if and when this requirement proceeds to full tender.

This Procurement is being advertised in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) (the "Regulations") to the extent that the Regulations relate to services within the scope of Schedule 3 thereto (Social and Other Specific Services). The Commissioner and AGCSU are, therefore, bound only by those parts of the Regulations applying to Schedule 3 services (also known as the "Light Touch Regime").
