HSE wish to benchmark their current roles against roles in the wider marketplace, to identify any pay trends and remuneration. This information will be used to inform its approach to pay negotiations and other pay business cases/projects.

The successful contractor would provide up to date across the industry salary benchmarking information relating to any of the current HSE job roles.

The contract would be a call-off service whereby HSE requests salary benchmarking comparisons on specific roles as and when required.
