Catering Services for 17 primary schools forming part of the St Bart's MAT. Further details on the trust can be found on their website (https://www.sbmat.org/). TUPE will apply to this contract. Some, but not all transferring staff previously enjoyed membership of the LGPS pension scheme. Bidders must have demonstrable and successful experience of such transfers. Service commencement date estimated 1st September 2024, following award no later than mid July. The contract will initially be for 3 years with an option to extend by a further 2 years.

Bidders wishing to participate in the tender process, can do so by completing the PQQ document and returning it by no later than Friday 27th April 2024. Requests for copies of the PQQ and the final PQQ submission must be made through the relevant portal.
Completion of the PQQ will not guarantee inclusion in Stage Two of the tender process. All PQQ's will be assessed based upon the bidding company's capabilities and experience. Five bidders will be invited next stage proposals.
