Scope
Description
London Stadium is seeking to procure for services for the project a framework for the provision of Crowd Safety Staff at Events for a duration of 8 years, with no extension options.
The framework will consist of the following lots:
Lot 1 - Crowd Safety
Lot 2 - Hospitality
Lot 3 - Response Teams
Lot 4 - Search Dog Teams
Lot 5 - Traffic Management and Parking Teams
Lot 6 - Control Room Operator
The framework will be an Open framework and will be opened up to new bidders in years 3 and 6.

Lot 1. Crowd Safety
Description
The provision of Safety Stewards, Door Supervisors, Quadrant Managers etc. in the internal areas of the stadium and surrounding stadium island, in some back of house areas, field of play as well as along barrier set ups as required.

Description
The provision of Safety Stewards and SIA Door supervisors in the internal hospitality zones of the stadium.

Lot 3. Response Teams
Description
To monitor unusual crowd activity and provide support in incidences such as general disruption, signs of distress or drunken behaviour as instructed by the Safety Officer.

Lot 4. Search Dog Teams
Description
The provision of a dog handlers with an explosive trained dog and a dog handler with a Pyro and drugs trained dog to provide patrols around the stadium and island area prior to and during events.

Lot 5. Traffic Management and Parking Teams
Description
The provision of a team to control vehicle access in the stadium footprint to ensure no unauthorised vehicles are provided entry. To also manage any pedestrian crossings where required, to stop traffic flow if necessary.
