Havering Council is seeking a concessionaire to update and modernise its existing street furniture advertising estate, maximise income and manage the type and nature of advertisements seen in the borough. The Council is considering a 7 year contract with a 3 year extension option.
We anticipiate the opportunity will be published week commencing 22nd May 2023 through the Council's e-Tendering System called Oracle Fusion;

Havering Council's requirement is for a concessionaire to supply, deliver and where requested install, configure and maintain street furniture advertising units.
The Council requires the concessionaire to update the street furniture estate to digital assets, maximise commercial return, enhance Council usage for priority communication messages and support public health priorities by managing the commercial advertising currently seen on the units.
The borough's current street furniture estate includes: 61 Community Information Panels (CIPs) located across the borough and five advertising columns in central Romford. The 61 CIPs and five advertising columns consists of two and three sided advertising panels.
