Scope

Description

Design, supply (hire), installation, maintenance and de-rigging of Festive lighting. The service to include provision and decoration of the Towns Christmas tree and all festive lighting in the Town.

Installation to be undertaken after Remembrance Services, 11 November but before 20th November annually.

Contract Value £20,000pa exc VAT

• 25 - Ipswich Street and High Street- Column mounted motifs, rented, installed and removal

• 300m - Bury Street - rental, installation and removal of icicle*

• 15.5m- Boys Brigade- rental, installation and removal of icicle*

• 30m- Cinema, Council offices & Community Centre- rental, installation and removal of icicle*

• Christmas Tree- installation and removal, lighting & red and gold baubles *

• High Street- single column wrap, warm white with flash*

• John Peel building - rental, installation and removal of icicles*

• Electrical testing

* Rental of 400m of cool white icicles per year.
