Coventry University therefore wishes to undertake a formal procurement for the following items:
1. To award a contract with a single supplier for the ongoing maintenance of all audio-visual systems. Including 'remote call home' capabilities for fix and resolution. Architect-as-a Service and strategic roadmap guidance and steering.
2. To award a single supplier for the supply and installation of new audio-visual systems to support the on-going replacement / upgrades of older audio-visual installations, plus any new requirements that the University may have.
