HIWFRS ran a Restricted Procedure in order to appoint a supplier for the provision of Cleaning Services to their estate.
The requirement includes the following types of cleaning:

- Restricted access specialist facilities (e.g. records storage, laboratories)
- Rooms containing contaminants
The tender assessed various cleaning requirements, including:
- Experience relating to experience which covers fire contaminants or Vehicle Work Shop Cleaning
- Experience which covers multi-site geographically disparate locations and uses a mix of locally employed and mobile cleaning resources
- Experience of delivering 24/7 emergency support for cleaning
