Norfolk County Council is seeking a vehicle servicing, repair and maintenance provider for its Large Goods Vehicle (LGV) fleet which currently comprises of 10 vehicles based at 4 sites across the county. The fleet is a mix of Mobile Libraries and Box Delivery vehicles.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Council is looking for a provider that can offer a complete service, including inspection and maintenance of all the ancillary equipment e.g., passenger steplifts and night heaters, as well as roadside assistance and vehicle recovery. The contract is likely to be for an initial 5 year period with the option to extend for a further 5 year period depending on performance.
