This is an Intention to Award Notice to award a contract using the Most Suitable Provider Process to Hertfordshire NHS Community Trust for the delivery of Covid-19 vaccinations across the East of England region from 3rd April 2025.

The value of the service provision resulting from this Procurement Process will be:

• £7.54 for administration of each covid 19 vaccination plus an additional £2.50 where seasonal influenza is not given
• £10 per dose administered to housebound patients (this excludes patients’ resident in care homes)

plus an additional block amount, to be agreed.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 2nd April March 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
